I worked with John and Ann when they were starting up their business and it comes as no surprise that Golden Hygiene has won this award. Their business plan was based on building a company where the culture centres on giving customers the highest levels of service and care. They genuinely believe that this is what separates them from their competitors and given the performance and growth of Golden Hygiene so far, it looks as though they are right.
